The Institute aims to select 20 university students from Japan and South Korea.
KJEC will aim to select a cohort that comprises students from different schools, backgrounds, and academic disciplines. To apply, students must meet the following requirements:

How does KJEC select students?
Students must submit all the application materials by the designated deadline.
The KJEC Institute will review completed applications and invite selected applicants for interviews. KJEC leadership team will select students based on a holistic evaluation, considering English skills, leadership qualities, cultural awareness, and overall character. The Institute is not focused solely on one’s academic performance. Our program will select participants who demonstrate the qualities of a cultural ambassador and have clearly articulated how this program will benefit their future academic plans and or professional careers and local communities.
